That depends. Aurora Beam is rainbowy visually, but is more of an Ice move in effect.

Psybeam is also pretty rainbow-y, but that's a Psychic move.

Incorrect sir, it's actually Osmium. It is the densest naturally occurring element and reacts with air to make a toxic vapor. Clearly, these things qualify it for best metal.

For Pinkie, maybe Bounce? Or Splash if she can't bounce high enough.

She should also have Double Team. And some singing based attack.

For Pinkie, she should have Metronome, Uproar, Bounce, and Extremespeed.

Fluttershy would have Mean Look, Assist, Minimize, and Sing.

I don't think so. Glare's kind of associated with snakes, which Fluttershy isn't. I'd say the same for Assist and cats.

And the only Rainbow moves I can think of are all Beam Attacks, so I've got nothing for Sonic Rainboom. Maybe ExtremeSpeed?

But Glare paralyses. Which is what the Stare does rather than making them unable to run away.

I think they're close enough, if we're going off of what we've seen. And once again, Fluttershy isn't a snake, which all the Pokemon that can learn the move, besides Druddigon, are.

Note what the Stare has done when we've seen it used. Dragonshy, dragon ran away. The Staremaster, cockatrice ran away. Why give her a move that would make her Stare impossible to work the way it does?

Intimidate probably works best.

Also, Rarity totally has Charm.

Come to think of it, the only real problem with Intimidate is that it's always "on", whereas Fluttershy only uses her Stare at a select few times. Other than that, it fits like a glove.

Charm? I'd give her Attract, as well as perhaps that one ability that automatically uses Attract if you're hit.
