Given how the mane 6 seem to have the roles of the mob, Pinkie's nowhere to be seen and there's a patch of blood on the table, I'm going to assume that she ended up as a victim of The Joker/Trixie's "Magic Trick".

Ah personally I primarily associate eggs with them hatching rather than as food. But true on the food angle. Although do ponies eat eggs? I know they presumably bake them into cakes and the like but have we seen them eating an egg?
