Well going by the little blurb they sent to EQD the, and the simple fact they sent something to EQD, odds are at least a few people on the staff are bronies, from the sounds of it or at least according to the mini press release, which we know never lies, the actor playing the brony is one himself. The only really iffy part about their portrayal was the fursuit, the whole "Prince Silversaddle" you can overlook since they couldn't really use a real pony given all the trademark issues.

So yeah, either there are some bronies on the staff, or it was just a cheap ploy to try and boost ratings, since, well featuring pony in something does tend to do that.

The entire wedding was a set-up. Cadence was actually just a unicorn and it was Twilight's ultimate revenge.

Just saw those Zodiac Ponies... they're pretty cute! shame the Gemini are kinda boring, though.

...although counting that Ophiuchus thingy, I'd actually be Taurus. But fuck Ophiuchus.

I dunno, their design just seems pretty meh to me. I like the inverted colours, but they don't even get any fancy clothes like Sweetie Belle Virgo.

[up]When she grew up, Sweetie did some modelling work part time in between her stage career.

It is kinda unrealistic being to the outright saccharine manner it was in that episode. Maybe if we seen Shining Armor in more casual moments with her however, it would be more haphazardous.

I suppose you could handwave it by nostalgia.

[up]I read somewhere that it's possible to remember things differently based on your current mood. She could just be selectively remembering the good parts.

Yeah, i'm sure they did have the occasional little arguments, but this isn't us seeing their whole life, this is Twi reminiscing about her brother, who she is close to, not impossible she just glosses over or forgets the bad stuff if it was outweighed by the good

Episode 23 does drag on. And on. And on. I think I fell asleep at some point.

watch in awe as the girls(minus AJ) play Oregon Trail

Seems like AJ would be the most fitting (well except Granny Smith of course).

I read somewhere that it's possible to remember things differently based on your current mood. She could just be selectively remembering the good parts.

People tend to selectively remeber the extremes, and also edit their memories over time. But it has nothing to do with mood.

Also, that Oregon Trail thing is awesome.

@Story: Well, I read it in a Cracked article, but there is some science to the mood thing.

When you don't have many any friends, the people you are close to get that much more of a perception bias. For good or ill.

I like the mane style too.

Just add a night sky background, and it'll be pretty sweet.

Thank you. smile

That one's a bit rushed...but I'm trying to practice speeding up anyway.

But honestly, should he be blue with red hair, or red with blue hair?

I like him with his current colors.

I daresay it suits him better, but I'd need a side-by-side comparison to know for sure.

OK, that's what I'll do tomorrow. A side by side red vs blue comparison for Aerobat.
