Considering that Dash knowing karate (or some sort of MA) at black belt level is now official and not just a one sight gag, I think it's safe to say Dash is a litte lightning bruiser.

Edit: But, always remember that the ponies are toons. Toons are usually indestructable, and driven by rule of funny.

Definately, if not a lightning bruiser.

Put it this way,

as strong as Dash is, AJ can 'easily' hold her back, and it took all of her effort to drag Pinkie across town.

Mac however can knock half the town clear into the hills without a second thought.

No contest.

Somebody mentioned an idea involving Mac having to protect the CM Cs like that dog and the baby from The animaniacs?

I believe that if the CM Cs wondered onto a train line, Mac could throw himself at the train and stop it dead in it's tracks without a scratch. And regret the bill for damages afterwards!
