Going off of what I view a fanfic as, that still sounds like one. And I'm pretty sure being a parody doesn't exclude it from being a fanfic.

I say it still counts as fanfic even if you rename everything. You no longer have to worry much about copyright, but it's still a fanfic.

@Apple: I noticed you have some whitespaces. Suggestion: put the outlines on a layer above the main colouring, use Layer Masks to crop the colouring down to the areas you need it in.
