@Mio: It's the scene in "Call of the Cutie" where she drinks straight out of the punch bowl. The reason it's so pervasive is because the storyboard artist says they deliberately picked her because her cutie mark was appropriate for a drinker.

Where do you guys keep getting that they're insisting there's no alcohol in Equestria? Obviously the show is never going to show it, but there isn't any Word Of God saying that it doesn't exist.

Also, if you want "evidence", then Pinkie's "The punch has been Spiked" joke in OWTEW doesn't make much sense if alcohol doesn't exist in some form (unless you want to start delving into Fantastic Drug solutions, which may be worse).
