@Bad We don't know how much Celestia herself knows about the Elements, so there's no answer to that question. It's another pointless argument over things that neither side has evidence for.

Well there's no evidence for specific wars, but ponies obviously do have the concept of war (along with tanks and bullets).

Anyway, with regards to the Discord ep, do you think he'll be unfrozen at the beginning of the episode? If Celestia can't handle him, I doubt she's been working with him in secret the whole season. But then again, why would they let him out at all, and how could they ensure he won't be evil? Maybe this is the test Luna was talking about back in the premiere.

We already did this a few pages back. Officially released preview material is supposed to be fair game, though if people absolutely insist on it, I suppose we could spoiler tag it here.

If it's knowledge of the plot of something that hasn't aired yet, then yes, it most certainly is a spoiler. There are plenty of people who prefer to go into episodes blind, and there's a reason that every single site that reports on these things has them initially hidden. It's just common courtesy.

I'm not sure if it qualifies as part of mod duties, but I'd suggest waiting for Meta to get here and have him make a ruling on where spoiler stuff should go, partially because he was the one to suggest a spoiler thread in the first place.

I got a whole lot of MLP things for Christmas, since that's mostly what I asked for, and I even got all the toyline-only ponies I asked for (I made a list but wasn't necessarily expecting my parents to be able to get them all, since they would all have to be found over the Internet and aren't in stores anymore), all 12 of them! In alphabetical order, I got: Blossomforth, Cherry Pie, Cupcake (this one I was VERY happily surprised about because I had given up on expecting them to be able to get her), Dewdrop Dazzle, Diamond Rose, Feathermay, Flitterheart, Honeybuzz, Lily Blossom (another hard one to find and is my favorite because I associate her with my dog Lily), Snowcatcher and Twinkleshine. I also got two shirts that we had previously bought at Hot Topic (one with Luna on it and the other has a bunch of the cast on it) and two trading card packs. I also got the Friendship Collection of the mini-ponies too.

In case anyone is wondering, yes, I have probably mentioned that I'm an atheist, but we still celebrate Christmas, just in a secular way (so more of a winter/presents holiday than the going to church part). I also gave my parents presents I made that are mostly related to my dogs.

I got an RD plushie, and one of the trio set, one I already had unfourtinitly.And a pack of sticker in my stocking

I got the starter tin for the MLP trading card game and issue 1 of the IDW comic.

I didn't get any pony stuff for christmas, but my sister did get an official Mlp Fim calender. I'm almost jealous of her because of how cute it is.

Well, the Pegasi literally were in early Equestrian history. And the unicorns and Earth Ponies must have been able to adequately defend themselves if the Pegasi didn't outright conquer and rule them. Of course that something could easily be coercion by witholding goods and services. Still, the fact remains the pegasi had been in the past a very military race, and still have a fairly organized military structure in the form of the Wonderbolts. How useful they are...

In fact, one of the countries in my fanon expanded universe is a country of only pegasi, which are the resident Proud Warrior Race Guy.

Keep in mind ponies in general would rate as "delicious" to many major predators in their world, and yet they thrive despite the Australia-tier wildlife and the occasional Dark Lord.

It's too much trouble to keep track of multiple threads and sometimes the spoiler thread is taken over by leaks anyway.

Right, I don't want to read anything that's an actual spoiler, which also includes stuff that hasn't been officially released, but may have been found on a website or interview or something.

Congrats to those that got Pony merchandise— it's pretty neat isn't it? I have a Twilight Sparkle plush, myself, among other things.
