@Freeman: more than TRON analogy. The red and blue dataspace indicates the allocated memory addresses of the two sides of the conflict. Attacks are made with disruptive streams of data designed to disrupt running processes and corrupt memory. One reason why Navi's cannot recover to full health outside of their PET is because their system image/ROM is stored on the PET, and their RAM space coding gets scrambled in ways they cannot correct.
