@App: The colored part looks quite good. I love the bandana. The outside lines of his face being light blue looks a bit odd and is somewhat distracting though. Maybe you could thin out the lines a bit and make them black.

Thanks guys! I used Braeburn as an example to follow there. The show does avoid using black outlines and instead sticks to using a darker shade of the basic colour as an outline though.

I still feel that it's a bit 'flat'. But, first attempt and all that.

Perhaps the lines are too thick then? It looks odd.

EDIT:Yeah, looking at a screen cap that's definitely it. The lines in the show are colored, but very thin so they don't really stick out.

That actually looks really good, Apple. I like the brightness of it. IT's a bit sketchy, but you're honestly looking pretty close to show, there.

Granted, you did say you used a ref, so it'll be a bit harder once you get doing original poses, but you're certainly well on your way with it.

Apple, I know you didn't want comments on the picture quality, but did you take a photo of your computer screen?

Because even if you're not at a point where you can export a .jpg or .png of your work-in-progress, you can take a screenshot and share that.

But the drawing itself does look like a good start.

@App: Hit Print Screen (on your keyboard) then paste into photoshop or whatever you're using to draw. Then you can save it as a jpeg or whatever you want.

You might have to use CTRL+Print Screen, not entirely sure.

@Story: Changed it in celebration of finally getting my last stupid paper mostly done. I'm still getting it proofread, but making those changes will take me like 15 minutes tops.
