@JT Yeah, I noticed the clouds darkening on an HD rewatch. What she did actually makes a lot of sense from a "pegasus physics" perspective.

It actually allows me to simplify my general headcanon theory on pegasus magic. All they're doing is altering the density of the air they interact with. Increasing the density of the air around them increases their relative buoyancy, allowing them to fly, as well a tow objects as if they were floating on the air itself. It also allows clouds to selectively retain their cohesion when interacted with by increasing the density of the vapor, or eliminating their cohesion by decreasing the density, thus allowing for cloud arrangement and destruction. It also explains the Razor Wind technique demonstrated a few times in the show by creating a slicing blade of incredibly dense air in front of the pegasus.
