I saw it less as giving them nightmares, and more keeping an eye out for those who are and helping them get over it. Like she can wander in and out of other dreams, and when she comes across a nightmare she takes on the role of comforter.

Okay RD, that is the most awesome firewood collecting method I've ever seen.

I admit under that theory it actually gives more a depth and usage than nearly all her previous appearances so far, where she was a fairly useless extra.

It was really wasteful, though. She killed five trees just to take one single log from each...

Not to mention the likely danger when someone leans on the disconnected logs and they topple.

Wow, they really are teasing about Scootaloo's flying abilities and lack thereof. That bit at the end was hilarious.

Also, Scootaloo's family still not mentioned.

Also, AB didn't take her bow off while sleeping, even though AJ removed her hat. Evidence that the bow is nailed to her head accrues at an alarming rate.

I liked we got a "Nice RD" role early on this season, likely will prevent the same critism we got in Season Two before Hurricane Fluttershy was aired. As said another priveledge from writers taking many different paths with the characters.

Dream Luna is awesome and corny and lame.

Also, holwy cow! They're really going all-out with the backgrounds lately aren't they?

By the way, one thing I don't get is what Olden pony wassupposed to be referring to, if anything.

I think the character animations and expressions are what stood out most for me, The show as a whole is really stretching Flash art wise.

And so begins, the Luna walks into the wrong dream fanarts

I thought there would be a surprise in "Sleepless In Seattle". I mean, who would have expected Luna to show up as a Dream Walker, and for Scootaloo to be finally taken under Rainbow Dash's wing?

That brings up some big questions: Luna supposedly became Nightmare Moon because she resented how the ponies slept through her nights. Did she consider entering the dreams of ponies while they slept through the nights to be too unsatisfying? Was she always able to do this, or was this a recently learned ability?

They've come a long way from 'Take out the trash squirt'.

It was all Sweetie Belle's fault though.
