The Board felt that she could not be trusted, and would reveal us to the authorities.

For that reason, a contract for termination was signed, and was to be carried out to a specific plan.

With this incident, we risk exposure.

That is why the Agents of Karma in question were demoted.

@Steve Heh, you haven't figured it out yet, have you? The Cutie Mark Cursaders have formed their own splinter cell, and have begun to recruit from both the agency and the enemy. They already have control of the Ponyville Underground, and have sent Babs to establish their foothold in Manehattan. You've been outsmarted at every turn. As a final act of defiance, they've used their janitorial access to the armory to sabotage every piece of equipment you have.
