@Pannic: Well there are some Twitter logs, so those should be permissible evidence in a court of law.

@Absol: Mandopony is a musician and fan of the show, who got accused of some less-than-pure intentions regarding Michelle, the VA for Applebloom by some trolls.

Over what charges, exactly? You can't sue someone just because they say bad stuff about you on the internet, and no court is gonna care about twitter messages and posts on 4chan. Unless you can prove that it's actually damaged you in some way there isn't really any kind of case.

The best thing Mando can do is ignore them. I was actually in that thread on /mlp/ the other day, and the only reason they're continuing is because he threw a fit the first time.

By the way, am I the only one who feels like the "Bad Seed" song would have fitted perfectly in a Scooby-Doo episode?

According to the episode's trope page, Word Of God is that "Bad Seed" was modeled after Hanna-Barbera cartoons like Josie And The Pussy Cats and, yes, Scooby-Doo.

That would be running a punchline into the ground.

And yeah, such accusations can be taken to court for libel/slander, there should be some historical legal precedent (disclaimer, I'm not a lwayer, lol).

For ponies and horses, usually longer tails are preferred for practical reasons like keeping the flies off, also Equestrian Earth Ponies have prehensile tails. Why Babs would more-or-less handicap herself with a shorter docked tail is a mystery to me.

...unless part of the bullying she endured back in Manehatten involved tail abuse D:

Maybe it's a condition. Like her tail just doesn't get any longer than that.

Anyway, she seems to have a knack for intimidation. I wonder if that's a thing she has, or just an effect of being in a less urban setting.

Thing is, I don't think she was able to use that ability before, or else she wouldn't be teased as much. She might have been an outcast if that were the case, but not so much a bullying target.

Also Applebloom already has tail prehensility already. Babs can't even demonstrate because her tail is docked so short.
