Also, I think the only time Dinky's ever spoken is singing along with Tootsie Flute and the bunnies in "Winter Wrap Up", she also never laughs at Apple Bloom in "Call of the Cutie" curiously enough as far as I could tell.

Actually, she kinda is the spirit of the holiday, but that's beside the point.

On the subject of her chariot, I love how the wheels spin as if it was running down a road, even as it's flying.

Well, it is a holiday that (judging by the statue and what appears to be a superstition from Pinkie) is named after her, so it's the one where she'd be most expected to make a public appearence. Or, feared to make an appearance, I guess. Either way.

It's only been about a year since she turned back to normal, I guess there isn't much of a precedent for what Luna does on Nightmare Night.

But in all seriousness, I was talking about a PMV with "This Is Halloween", using clips from the upcoming episode. I'm sure it'll perfect for it. Plus, one could use clips from previous episodes, too. Especially Discord on the line "I am the clown with the tearaway face/ here in a flash and gone without a trace"

well, I did try to make it a little subtle. Then I added "~"s and brought up the idea of the PMV, to make sure it wasn't missed.

Also: I don't know. To be honest, I've seen this Soul Eater AMV more than the original.

Which lines were Oogie Boogie's? Because I'd want Nightmare Moon to have the line "I am the shadow of the moon at night / filling your dreams to the brim with fright". Or, perhaps have Nightmare Moon for just that first line, and Zecora for the second line (you know, the sequence in Bridle Gossip where Twilight's having nightmares)

Either way, Luna (not Nightmare Moon) should be Jack, of course.

I ponified the lyrics yesterday, there somewhere in those back pages...

I put Blues in place of the clown due to his glitched face and "Sparrow" (Pipsqueak) being adorable in place of Oogie on the Moon, and had Luna as Jack, Fluttershy as the tree, Dinky & Ruby Pinch as the kids... if only I could find it!

Right. So, Nightmare Moon for Oogie's line, and you know what line I'd want for Discord. Not sure about the other "I am" lines. Perhaps opportunities will present themselves in the upcoming episode.

Ah yes, I remember that. Maybe it's because I've seen that AMV more often than the original, but I'm just trying to match the lyrics, rather than the characters from the movie. With the exception of Luna as Jack, of course. But, then again, Jack gets namedropped in the song anyway.
