Before cloning myself, I'd need to find a way to ensure a hivemind. Except that I'm not sure if that would allow me to do more than one thing at once. Hmm, finding a safe way to make use of cloning is difficult.

Too many Rainbow Dash would be as bad as Pinkie. They will try new tricks and destroy everything while crashing to the buildings.
Too many Applejack would get into their ways.
Too many Twilight Sparkle will be painful for Spike.
Too many Rarity will not be Rarity anymore. Also every one of them would have different costumes.
Too many Fluttershy would be fine.

yeah they're still working on it, just no major updates becuase, well they haven't updated anything major, just owkring on perfecting what's there now, ironing out bugs, balance etc...

My random thoughts
You know, I love how Twilight's Plan A was just to zap the clones and hope she doesn't get it wrong. No studies on whether they're properly alive and inviduals, if they're full clones or just magical automatons, or anything. Just straight to "let's just blast them with magic, that's worked in the past" with no remorse or second thoughts.
What's the worst that could happen anyways?
You know that Super Smash Ponies game that was in the works? It's had a massive graphics overhaul. It looks seriously good now! Before it looked a little... well... crap. I'm interested to see how this one goes now. Hopefully the gameplay can match up as well.
