Argh. Everywhere I went there was someone with a MLP:FIM avatar. Online newspaper article on terrorist disbandment? Someone is posting in the comments section with a pony avatar. Academic debate on the democratic deficit of the EU? Someone is posting with a pony avatar. So one day I decide to see what all the fuss is about, thinking to myself, "God, these people won't stop with the pony nonsense. I'll just watch it and troll a few forums for the lulz".

Season 1, Episode 1: "Ha, look how stiff the art looks. I can't believe this is so popular. And the whole friendship thing is so cheesy."

Season 1, Episode 2: "Oh, so the power of friendship defeated the closest thing to a god in this setting? Bull. I'll just watch one more episode, see how it is every day life in, heh, Ponyville that the 'power of friendship' can apparently solve all problems. I think i'll also watch in 720p. If i'm going to go through with this, I might as well do it in HD."

Heh. Yesterday my brother gave me a doughnut baked with salt instead of sugar as a prank. I should make Baked Bads for him to even things out.

But salt doesn't work like sugar at all in any possible way! They only look vaguely similar in crystal form!

It wasn't technically a doughnut. I don't know if those things have an English name. Main point: it looked sugary but was actually sickeningly salty.

Do you think Luna and Celestia ever talk about the Nightmare Moon incident? Or do you think it's one of those "Let us never speak of it again" type deals?

I know my curiosity would overpower me if I were in Celestia's position. I'd constantly be asking Luna questions about it
