You know, a big deal was made of keeping the crystal ponies happy and distracted until they got the real Heart, with the explanation being that if they knew how close they were to being invaded by Sombra again, they'd never be able to muster the happiness and light to power the Heart.

But they end up finding out about the false heart, and Sombra is right on top of them, but they all still manage to perk up when Cadence brings the Heart in.

Can you imagine how badly the ponies would BREAK if all 6 of the Sha of World of Warcraft:Mists of Pandaria showed up in Ponyvile?

Ya know, seeing as how both Equestria and Pandaria value harmony and use that as their strength I think ponies would be able to handle the Sha just fine...unless the Griffon Horde and the Zebra Alliance brought their bloody war to Equestrian shores...

Physically the 6 Major Sha might not be able to defeat them yet what's stopping them from giving hannibal lectures capable of BREAKing the Mane Cast? The Shas of Doubt and Despair at least have something to work with.

Uh, we already had a confirmed size in Hearths Warming Eve. And as early as season 1, people were able to measure pony sizes by comparing them to stuff like apples.

Discord was trying to break their friendship(which the Shas of Hatred and Violence would try to do yet fail), the other Sha would use different methods:

The Sha of Doubt would prey on their doubts(Rainbow Dash and Pinkie are susceptible to this).

The Sha of Anger would just go straight to angering them into trying to strike him down so that he can use their anger against him to overwhelm the Elements of Harmony.

The Sha of Despair would try to induce Cutie Mark Insanity Syndrome by rendering the Cutie Marks pointless in all the ponies to obtain the greatest despair possible.

The Sha of Fear would start terrorizing Fluttershy and Pinkie to gain high levels of fear energy.
