Yeah mobile only, Sim-Ponyville there will be stuff to spend real money on, but all it can be gotten in game without as well the money just gets it to you faster.

Not exactly, you can use the official Android SDK's virtual machine to run Android inside Windows and play the pony game from there with your Google Account.
