Not exactly; those three are the size of regular brushables, while Battery Pie is apparently even bigger than the Fashion Style brushables.

Cadance's magic probably just repairs "broken" love or enhances love already there. Nothing sinister there.

Yeah, my headcanon is that it's more a case of simply strengthening existing bonds rather than creating love out of nowhere. She doesn't so much cause ponies to fall in love so much as remind them that they already are.

Yeah, mostpeople, including myself, believe that Cadance's magic trengthens and repairs existing love. It didn't do anything on the level of Twilight's Want It Need It or the love potion from Hearts and Hooves Day. Being the alicorn of love probably gives her a bit more refinement with her technique.

agreed, she seemed more to simply remind the ponies how they felt about each otherand help them foget the tiny little things that were clouding it.

If two ponies didn't already have feelings for each other, they'd be unaffected.

Though that does raise the question of what about some ponies that had some latent feelings for each other but they just couldn't act on. accidental incest?

The Pony POV Series touched on this slightly (even though in that, Cadance is actually the alicorn of Harmony, bonds and music and it's Venus who is the alicorn of Love), but a fic detailing it more would be good.
