- I like CMC. Adorable things. But yeah, I don't have any good reason to like them and why they deserve spotlight.

- Shining Armor, Cadance, and you know what, the whole damn episode sounds like a bad, corny fanfiction minus a mary sue. Only this time, however, it is not only a canon, but also a finale for season 2. What the hell.

- I love shipping too. I am a big Rainbowshy shipper. Of course, I wouldn't complain even if my hopes are dashed by the canon. In fact, I think I actually appreciate Faust's No Hugging, No Kissing approach.

- Ah, that fic. Not my preference. It does sound pretty good, though.

- That episode is my favorite episode of season 2, actually, but yeah, there are reasons to hate it.

- Discord. Yeah, in my opinion, he is an entertaining, but not an effective villain.

- Doctor Hooves in fanon is built with nothing but Doctor Who. It gets really annoying.

- And I vote for Spike Spiegel pony.

- *throws brick at marston* I hate that episode. I hate how it wasted not only one, but three massive plot elements, on which a whole animated series can be built on, just for the sake of cheap humor and aesop.

- I am completely apathetic towards Braeburn.

Ah, missed controversial opinions last night. Not much I would say since everyone's pretty much got me covered. But I will respond to this. . .

I would say that that is far from all that episode needed. It was a heavily flawed premise to begin with, and even the best of executions would still leave a lot to be desired.

The thing about the VA panel was that Tara showed up in Cosplay as Twi :D

This guy did precisely that.

You ever read My Little Stashie? It was such a great parody that the author of MLD called it the best thing ever.

@storyyeller: The premise is flawed in the sense that it assumes that the Mane Six's plan would actually work. Instead, even the episode seems to demonstrate that the plan not only did not work but it can be argued that it made the situation worse. Neither the characters, nor the episode in general seems to acknowledge this, and instead assumes that it "all went to plan", which brings up a lot of less then fortunate implications about the rest of the Mane Six's actions.

Overall all though this was probably just a case where the creative team thought "Superhero parody! Kids and Adults love this stuff. What could possibly go worng?" and didn't think through what had been written.
