It's probably more likely that MLP would get it's own game (CCG or RPG) then use existing rules, if only to make it more accessible to the target demographic.
Funnily enough, back during G3, they announced a MLP RPG as an April Fool's Joke.

I'd say tan Latina/Greek. Go for a rich but not burnt aviator's tan.

I'd personally say tanned Greek myself; fits with the Grecian Pegasus theme and she spends so much time outside that she'd definitely have a nice tan.
In other news, I think I may have discovered why Trollestia/Molestia is so popular among artists: it's kind of hard to draw Celestia without making her look like she's leering.
