Ren and Stimpy was an uncomfortable series. However, that show got me into
Cartoon Network and subsequently to the shows like
Teen Titans and
Megas XLR. Good times, good times.
A worthwhile field of study must help its students understand how the world works.
Cow and Chicken I never really cared for that much. And i typically like surrealism.

Ah, I can understand that, Turtlebutter. PBS' Mystery! tends to be my "Quality time" with family. Well, mainly my mom these days since dad's in bed by 9 PM. I try to make an appearance at my folks on Thursdays and Sundays so we can catch it.
Anyway, back to ponies.

In my case it was watching Noir films or depressing neo-realist studies of human nature and my dad leaving halfway through because he decided he couldn't deal with it after all, while insisting the rest of us keep watching.
