Joke lyrics? I'm intrigued.
I feel like I could touch the heavens, and sock angels.
Element of Indecision.
@Dot: I'm a hipster myself and I hate the label "indie rock". Either it's used correctly (to tell us that the band isn't signed to a major record label—which is far less useful information than some might think) or it's used incorrectly as a genre, indicating that the speaker is unaware of
the label that already describes that style.

@condo Nope. Funny, though.

@Connie: Wait, which side is shunning who? Was I shunning? I hope I wasn't shunning.
@ed: Shunning people (or just looking down on them) for listening to the wrong music is a common hipster behavior.

"You listen to music that people have heard of? Surely you jest!"
I know the joke lyrics to The Battle Hymn of the Republic better than the real ones.
Which ones?
Edit:
You never learned that as a kid, huh?
I've seen lots of lyrics to it, but I've never seen that one. I remember one of them had the refrain "Glory, glory Hallelujah, Teacher hit me with a ruler". I don't remember the other versions unfortunately.

Fun optical illusion:
The longer you look at Season 3, the farther away it gets!

There isn't even a date on its pilot airing day, is there?
Let the gratuitous fanservice and zaniness be purged.
Well the obvious solution is to turn out all the lights.

@ed: "This is pitiful. A thousand people freezing their butts off waiting to worship a rat. What a hype. Groundhog Day used to mean something in this town. They used to pull the hog out, and they used to eat it. You're hypocrites, all of you!"

Blizzard? At least it's not on Valve Time.

Fluttershy isn't her real name. The show and toy use a fake name for privacy.
