No, no.

Toaster is clearly the local toaster repairman.

His cutie mark is a toaster.

We've never seen him in the show before because Twilight uses magic or Spike to make toast, he was still in bed when Sweetie Belle tried to cook, and the very idea of Pinkie Pie eating something with such a low sugar content as bread damages the universe slightly.

@Wryte: I'm in no position to critique given that I can barely draw anything vaguely human shaped, but for some reason Cheerilee's upper body looks a little disproportionately large for some reason. or at least the arms do. Looks good other than that, though. I like the way you did the faces.

I agree with you there, though I think it's a case of her legs being too short. Her left hand came out a bit funky, too. I may take another pass at them before inking.

And apparently there was a squished bug on the scanner down by her knee. :P

Also, her left leg seems to be outside of her skirt, but I'm assuming that's just due to the lack of detail inherent to sketching.

The skirt is slit up the side. She's wearing hose, but you can't tell that yet. Now that you mention it, though, the slit probably goes too high.

@Wryte: That skirt is too short to have a slit. Cherilee is too classy to wear that, anyway.

Also, why is Derpy's cleavage so visible? Her shirt doesn't look like it's that tight.
