No, Fluttershy doesn't have enough cartoon in her to Stare down something without eyes.
Now, if Pinkie could Stare, why, she'd be able to make an incoming cannonball stop in its tracks and go hide in the cannon that fired it!

Eh, Fluttershy in there is supposed to be based on Dan Hibiki, so I doubt that the fireball is anything spectacular.

Anyway, looking at the actual remix level from the game, there are some changes. The Karate and golf section aren't in there (They are actual minigames though), and the pose sections with Roid Rage are more prominent in the real level (In that case, it's a masked wrestler posing).

Discord's ship wouldn't only be upside-down, it would skim the surface so that most of the ship was underwater except the part that is usually the bottom, which would be shaped like a giant shark fin. And just when frightened ponies started to relax, realizing it's just the bottom of a boat, his crew of flying sharks (that swim in the air as well as the water) would pop out of the water and attack!
