Hey, I am back. The work did not take as long as I thought it would be. Which is good, because if it did, I would have stayed up to 2 AM. Not that I cannot handle it, but I rather dislike it. I digress.
@JT - I actually tried to draw Twilight on MS Paint. I drew her in one minute. It looked as if someone drew it with hooves rather than hands.
Speaking of which, have we ever seen any visual artist pony?
Let the gratuitous fanservice and zaniness be purged.
There was the painter in Call of the Cutie.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Don't berate yourself that much, JT. You're a great artist, and you've improved a lot.

Back in Black, and by black I mean BLU.
Hoof hand will always elude me.
Call of Cutie, (this has to be intentional) I see.
Azumanga Pony

@Jt: At least you've got coloring down pat. I still don't even dare to try. : /
Ah, time to sleep.
Good night, you all.

@Ace: Yeah, I noticed that about halfway through, but I didn't feel like redrawing the whole tail.
Time for me to sleep. Goodnight everyone.
Your allready at chapter 29? Holy crap dude, your allready halfway through a very long fanfic! Do you have alot of spare time or something?
Keep in mind that the early chapters are much shorter than the rest.

I still suspect that there's a bit of pressure for grandchildren on all members of the Apple extended family in general, so there's more hooves to help with the farmwork.
I doubt that it works like that. That assumes that every single family member is going to go into the farming business. Apple Bloom certainly doesn't seem like she's going to when she gets older.
"But, Dad, I don't want to be an apple bucker!"
"WHAT!"
"I want to be a dancer!"
"WHAT!"
Coming this summer, the tale of one pony's quest to be something he was never meant to be.
Rated Pee-Gee Thurteen.
"You mean, you detect the dreaded hand of my nemesis' henchman, Viscount von Sausageroll?"
Another reason for the high demand for descendants: relatives who leave the farming biz to do other stuff.
