Time to add "Rainbow Dash's Tail" to the list of things I can't draw.

Hey, I am back. The work did not take as long as I thought it would be. Which is good, because if it did, I would have stayed up to 2 AM. Not that I cannot handle it, but I rather dislike it. I digress.

@JT - I actually tried to draw Twilight on MS Paint. I drew her in one minute. It looked as if someone drew it with hooves rather than hands.

Speaking of which, have we ever seen any visual artist pony?

There was the painter in Call of the Cutie.

Don't berate yourself that much, JT. You're a great artist, and you've improved a lot.

@Gex: Being better than I was doesn't make me good . I'd rather be overly aware of the flaws rather than oblivious to them. That said, the tail is the only part of that drawing that I think needs serious work. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Now I just need to toss a background together.

Still reading FOE, just finished chapter 29. I'm so stupid! I could tell from the start that the alicorns were super mutants, so why the hell did it take me till just a few chapters ago to realize that that meant the Taint is the F.E.V. and until the big reveal to realize that The Goddess is The Master? The Goddess is even at a Mariposa for crying out loud! I must be blind!

My gamer cred is tarnished! I mean sure, I've never actually played Fallout 1, but that's no excuse! I played fallout 2 more than 3 times, I should have seen the connection from a mile away! Gah!

I think I need to go whoop some demon ass on inferno difficulty in Diablo3 to restore my gaming confidence now...or maybe I could do the operation weekend in Mass Effect 3...

@JT: Hair should flow as a shape. For reference, hmmmmm... The best I can think is the S-shape curves you see in things like the Pepsi and Twisties logos.

I doubt that it works like that. That assumes that every single family member is going to go into the farming business. Apple Bloom certainly doesn't seem like she's going to when she gets older.
