Apparently Lyra is really cheerful and energetic. I've never actually saw her acting that way before. Pity. :/

I just had a random headcanon about Doctor Whooves.

He cannot control time, but has a superpony sense of it. For example, he can tell time without looking at watch and can accurately guess the amount of time passed better than most stopwatches.

Also, as Required Secondary Power, he is also really good at mathematics and physics.

It took me freaking forever, but I finally made a background from scratch. It's kinda lousy and the edging around the books is bad due to me being an idiot when I imported the layer, but given I've never made a background before, I think it turned out alright.

It's mostly in season 1 but she can occasionally be seen at the back of a crowd jumping up and down excitedly (even in Cloudsdale!)

Because we want to know if it would make sense for Lyra (at least, how she is described in fanon) to have a surprising amount of knowledge of early history of Equestria as a by-product of her research into humans?

@d Roy: Isn't the point of Doctor Whooves that he's just a pony reincarnation of the Doctor? He can't travel in time by himself, he needs a TARDIS.

@Bliss: Yeah, those are kind of all the same movie. Pocahontas may not have been anything great, but I suffer from some major Hype Backlash on Avatar.

Eh, Equestrian history doesn't really have anything to do with humans. It focuses primarily on social and political stuff about how the nation developed. Aside from some of the stuff like what you saw in the Hearths Warming Eve play, it's honestly kinda dull. Studying the Discord Era is pretty cool, but there's so little surviving information from that part of history that it's mostly conjecture.

Also, why would you expect Equestrian history to include stuff about humans? That's like if I looked in one of your history books to find information about UF Os.

@condot - Oh, I just came up with that headcanon because I specifically do not want to make him The Doctor. Firstly, I haven't watched that show (although I am definitely planning to). Also, I want him to have a personality and ability that does not come from other series.

I might borrow that headcanon, for the same reason you mentioned. I want him to have more of a personality than "The Doctor, but a pony". My personal headcanon is that he's a watchmaker.

Welp, finished chapter 22 of Fallout: Equestria.

@JT - Exactly. Still, I am personally fond of British accent and mannerisms so he might still come off as The Doctor, even though I don't intend so.

In my headcanon, he is primarily a watchmaker, but he is well versed in optics as well. Well, hourglasses has something to do with optics, right?
