Yeah, it does have kind of a creepy vibe. Also, why is Dash wearing a bathing suit while Twilight isn't? (I just noticed the Rarity and Fluttershy floatation devices.)

RD looks anthro, but upon closer inspection, it seems RD has her hooves crossed infront of her chest and is holding Twi up with her wings

of course, that still doesn't explain the bathing suit....

Also the image name is misspelled and I couldn't help but read it as "Pool Lesions", which automatically makes any imagery even more disturbing.
