In a bunch of states, you don't need a licence or anything. You just need to follow the rules and be licensed for your firearms.

I have his autograph.

Plus, I got a bunch of discount trade paperbacks, and a hardcover of some of The Punisher as written by my main man Garth Ennis.

I was so in my element.

I never have either, mainly because I'm too lazy to go outside.

Unfortunately I couldn't really get a good costume; the only character I could possibly pass as is Braeburn, and I don't like him enough to bother.

I live in upstate NY, but I didn't get to go to Bronycon because I confused it with Everfree Seattle until the last minute, and my parents didn't have time to plan. I've never been to any conventions.

You got options, you live near The Big Applesauce. The Windy City has plenty, too, so I lucked out.

I like Braeburn. His name sounds like it could be a real name, and I like westerns. Why couldn't you pass as Doctor Who oves, then?

I havent been to any Pony conventions but I have been to Furry, Scifi, Trekkie, and Anime conventions.

I will say Im never going to Otakon again... its just too darned big! Lines for everything. Conventions are a lot more fun for me when they are smaller scale.

Yeah, hopefully there's another Bronycon here. I'm on the fence about going to Comic-Con NY this fall, seeing as how I'm pretty much only there for the Ponies and Vidja Gaems, not to mention that San Diego Comic-Con is much more profilic, and I might not get any new news that I haven't already seen from those press releases.
