Actually, I just don't get why pie is used as the holy grail of delicious desserts in most cartoons, including this one.

Of course, if Applejack gave me a choice between apple cake or pie, I'd take a third option and go with crumble.

I have no problem with having no idea.

Ideas cause nothing but trouble - they promote thinking.

I wouldn't see Pinkie as pudgy - she eats a lot of candy and cake, but she's also as active as a chipmunk on a caffeine high.

That's definitely a pretty unique effect. I don't think they've ever used anything like that anywhere else.
