I wouldn't listen to a whole album of her singing, but if you think about it, many satirical karaoke versions of 80s music in cartoons are deliberately off-key anyway.

About the What Could Have Been with the Scootaloo episode...oh, man. It just makes me think about the scenes with Scootaloo being called a "chicken" and a "dodo", as well as the fandom's take on the character. I believe a combination of Harsher in Hindsight and "Funny Aneurysm" Moment could result from that!

It also leads to Fridge Horror. Namely, about Scootaloo's parents. Maybe Scooty is an orphan, or maybe...she has parents, but they abandoned her when they found out that she wouldn't be able to fly like the other Pegasi. We don't know that for sure, but...oh, My Little Pony!

Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!

As I said, I actually approve of Faust's backstory for Scootaloo. And I think that the deer pony idea is interesting as well. Plus it would mean that we get to see deer which would be awesome. Especially if they're the elf equivalent like in Dangerous Business.
