Presumably ponies will hatch from eggs, which Ponies regurgitate when it is time to lay an egg. Two to three eggs are laid at a time, but only one hatches. Differences in egg temperature will determine gender.

Is this old enough to merit Slow Pony? Might as well...
Fluttershy: Run ragged trying to keep up with kids she has next to no control over.
"Stare Master" disproved that, methinks.
Pinkie may not have been truthful about a Rock Farm, but if she was, then there's really nothing for a Parasprite to get at.
Do we know for sure that Parasprites are obligate herbivores? Because if they can eat meat, then
the farmers are food.
You want mathenatics? You're subtraction, I'm addition.

Not sure if serious. But Faust has said that these ponies reproduce in the same manner as
Real Life ponies.

Yeah, the eyes gave me a ton of trouble. They were actually bigger when I first sketched it. Guess I didn't quite shrink them enough. At least I didn't have any back legs to contend with.
To be fair, Pinkie's eyes can get pretty weird.

Whenever we discuss Shiny and Cadance having kids, all I can think of is that weird picture where Shiny is painting Cadance to look like Twilight.
I feel like I could touch the heavens, and sock angels.
Element of Indecision.
Now you've gotten me thinking of
Bend It Like Beckham. I think some ponies can bend it like that.

Blossomforth can bend it like that.
Okay, time to sleep. Goodnight everyone.
@Meta: A terrifying thought.
But thinking about it more, they'd probably have some land for crops.
One of the TV Tropes WMG or Frige Something pages were what alerted me to the possibility of parasprites being omnivores. If they are, then Twilight's spell (that made them start eating buildings) very well may have saved dozens of lives.
On the other hand,
The Flight of the Alicorn did specify that parasprites are herbivores... and then introduced their carnivorous cousins
piranhasprites.

Good night, don't let Luna bite.

Anyway Piranhnas aren't actually that dangerous. Though I suppose Equstria piranhans are worse since Equestria runs on toon logic.
