Actually, the magic charging mechanics are unique to each character,

Details:

Twi gets magic by reading books.

AJ gets magic by using her rope.

Rarity gets magic by avoiding the enemy/not being in combat.

Pinkie starts the round with six shots in her party cannon.

Is that a sign in the backround? I missed it.

Do we have any confirmed characters other than the Mane 6? I know they'll all be Season 1 characters (at least at first), but will we have anyone other than big ones (Trixie, Gilda, etc.)

Well, we already covered what he linked to, so there really isn't much to say about it.

@Sky: Nothing is confirmed, but Derpy and Trixie are probably shoo-ins. It wouldn't surprise me if Lyra or Celestia made it in, either. Doctor Hooves is also a possibility.

Well, Mabel is one of the few characters I can think of that is somehow more randomly illogical than Pinkie Pie, without devolving into a shallow cardboard cutout of a character. If it weren't for the fact that she's 12, it almost works.

Correct. There's no way to refill her magic other than waiting for the next round.

Even if it wasn't shipping, Pinkie and Mabel would get along really well.

@colin Yeah, I know. Uber-Mjolnir takes a bit to charge, but once it does, the target is transported to a tiny dimension far from anything else, where all they can know is pain and terror.

I've never seen Gravity Falls, but I'm sure that Pinkie/Mabel is still a much better pairing then RD/Sonic. And a better love story then Twilight.
