That's what I've always said. They're looking for a reaction, and the most effective way to get them to knock it off is to not give them the satisfaction.

That's why it endlessly amused me that time that troll dropped in here a while back and nobody so much as acknowledged his existence. All the posts are thumped now, but if you go back and look at it, you can see that nobody even bother to dignify it with a response.

@Con: That's true of every character though; Trixie just gets more of it because she's more popular.

Yes being one of the only two ponies in Ponyville willing to fight an Ursa is nothing. And being able to cast multiple spells when we were explicitly told in the beginning of the episodes that most unicorns have access to only a few is nothing.

@Sixth: Like I said, that's my usual response.

And yeah, Trixie's issue isn't that she isn't skilled, it's that she misrepresented what her actual skillset is. And I have to give her props for actually attempting to fight the Ursa even though she knew her claims were false.

@Badwolfwho Dash was my favorite until Sister Hooves Social. Then Rarity booted her out. I think Dash is a great pony though. She just lost my top spot.
