I wonder, The pony equivalent of growth spurts have been demonstrated a couple times has it not (Filly Fluttershy, Snips)? Why not have an episode featuring the CMC going through such times (Like scootaloo for example learning that being taller means doing tricks is much harder.) Not only could it serve as important character development but we get new character styles too!

I tell you, when I think about Discord and how the ponies had to battle him, I find myself thinking of this final boss music that gives a feeling of everything being at stake:
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!

@Applelight: I'd like a pony Buddy cop show with AJ and RD. Bonus point's if RD goes crazy/pretends to go crazy at one point and acts like Riggs did in the first two Lethal weapon films.
Although Pinkie and Twilight sounds funny too.

@Apple:
She graduated top of her class with a degree... in justice.
She's a loose party cannon who doesn't play by the rules...of logic.
Together, they fight crime. They are... Egghead and The Pink.
And this episode makes me sympathize after several weeks of watching over 6 puppies./Twilight says she's too busy to babysit./shows up shortly after to help babysit.

Why, the best buddy cops would be Fishen Chips and Gravy Train, of course!

@Bluespade: I figure Twi finished her report compiling (Ha, compiling makes me think of programming ) and figured that only Pinkie would have free time, and suspected what would happen.
