Ace: Red Alert 1 is open source now and there's installers available that allow it to handle modern Windows. Downloads are readily available (I wanted to play it a few months back and had to go find a download, since my old Win 95 CDs failed miserably when I attempted to install on my 64-bit Win 7). And I bet you'd like Red Alert 3, then. For reference, by comparison RA1 was mostly serious, with some subtly weird stuff going on (the giant ants), RA2 was like a campy movie that tries to have a half-serious storyline and RA3 just goes full on camp and never looks back.

Apple: Yea, she really is. Plus Party of One itself has a special place for me.

Yes, the shameless ham is what makes Red Alert 3 so awesome.

@Kuroi: I enjoyed the gritty What If? feel of the first Red Alert, but the silliness of the sequels is fun in its own way since history and advanced technology is derailed completely. Mostly I want the fixes because I still have my original discs somewhere, so I should not have to download new ISO files.
