So guys, apparently I had another Pony dream.
Here's what happened: in the dream, I was at my dad's house for a family get-together with them and my sister (who has a two-year-old). So we turned on the TV and... I forget if it was the actual movie, or just an advertisement. Seems like a bit of both:
It started out showing a dramatic scene featuring—of all characters—Sylvester the Looney Tunes cat, who is in a western-style setting being menaced by some creatures, and he does something wrong and goes on a guilt trip and decides he has to go on a journey to get back whatever it was the creatures (I think dogs) took from him, and a bunch of other cats join him.
Then, a title sequence starts. This is where it becomes Pony-related, because this consists of short scenes of each pony doing something, and then a profile card would overlay the screen. The profile card would give the screen a golden border, and within the card (you could still see the animation behind) would be three boxes, each black with golden outlines: One box, a diamond-shaped icon of the pony's head, normally featuring some common expression. Right next to this, a rectangle with points on the left and right, featuring the pony's name. And then, at the bottom, a similar rectangle featuring a one-word description of them.
I can't remember everypony, but I know Applejack cropped up in a scene where she was giving a class a lecture (and she had a white coat on and everything... but it still looked very much like an old west setting). I also remember Rainbow Dash's card saying she was "Indian" (which even in the dream I found weird). The last one I remember is Scootaloo, whose card said "Genius."
The name of the movie, itself, was
Crowelle (pronounced "crow ellie"), and my dream-self complained about how dumb this name was because it gives you no indication that its related to MLP, to which my in-dream sister said "Well, 'Crowelle' kinda
sounds like
Em El Pe, doesn't it?"
The rest of the dream segued into weird places, like going into a bar that was actually a trailer where I met an old guy who had problems with a local drug dealer, and then me actually living out some new version of
Who Framed Roger Rabbit that somehow segued into being the world's weirdest
He-Man remake where for some reason he could just put stuff in an inventory screen, computer-game style.
But I figured ya'll would be interested in the pony parts.
So... Scootaloo, a genius? Is she gonna become the Tails of MLP?
