Minute is kinda bland on it's own for a name. It could work for a two-part name ("Minute ________"), though.

Are we just talking the Element of Harmony tier villains or do the slice of life antagonists count as well?

For high tier my favourite is Nightmare Moon. For Slice of Life, I think Trixie.

Just Antagonists in general.

I liked Discord, obviously, with those episodes actually being my favorites so far.

As for lower-file villains, I really liked Gilda.

Higher tier favorite would definitely be Discord.

Lower tier favorite would Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Although Gilda was great, too.
