Worst Experience: Once, it opened up all the games I had installed, which slowed La Computadora down so much that it froze. Pushing the off-button didn't turn it off, I had to pull the plug.

It would freeze every time it started up for two weeks. In the end I had to uninstall and reinstall every game I had on La Computadora.

@ATC: Indeed you do (need a new computer).

I just bought Bastion on Steam. I hope this will turn out as good as everyone says it is. Why am I buying games when I still have 4 I need to finish? Hell if I know.

Goodnight, Freeman.

@ATC: Yeah, you need a new computer. Yours sounds kinda like a plague victim or something.

If it's any consolation Bluespade, I've got that problem too XD

Then again most of my games are Total War games that I can just pause at any time and return to or start all over again if the mood takes me XD

You could have gotten Bastion from the Humble Bundle a little while back.

Yeah, and I could have gotten Amnesia then too, which I also bought. I fail at Steam Sales.

Steam said it would take an hour for the game to install. It took about 10 minutes. I love my computer. waii

@Blue: 60.

That's the number of games in my steam library right now. Take a wild guess at how many I've beaten.

Here's a hint: It's less than a dozen.

I've only ever bought 2 games on Steam. I'm new to the whole computer game thing, I've always been a console man. I also have Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 but I plan on never touching Diablo 3 again, and I didn't pay for it anyway.

I'll never forget my first day with high-speed internet on my new computer. The first thing I did was download the newest version of Firefox. When the Firefox logo showed at the bottom of the screen almost instantly, I thought something must have gone wrong. Nope, it really is that much faster.

Just a week earlier, on my 11-year-old computer with a dial-up connection, it had taken over 25 minutes to load the Megasweet hot tub pic. (NSFW)

How somebody can dislike Juror #8 is incomprehensible to me.

Sure, all the jurors except #10 are cool, but #8, #11, #3, and #9 really have some great lines and moments.

Yeah, the office where I work just got a new computer. A week ago it took like five minutes for a friggin' excel spreadsheet to load.

Only game I can say that I've beaten on my Steam account is the original Dawn of War game.

Even then, Sindri was a bitch to take down XD He lived through two Orbital Bombardments, the Force Commander armed with a hammer forged from a fragment of an Avatar of Khaine's sword, an Inquisitor, and two full squads of Assault Terminators.

I would talk about my Steam library size but I am afraid I would sound like Trixie.

[up]You think that's bad? Try the Orc Warboss from DOW II. He shrugged orbital bombardments like candy. and don't get me started with the avatar. That bitch had a shitload of health that would make a Wow raid boss cry.

And Bastion is go. This seems like it would be a fun game to liveblog but that sounds like a lot of work so I guess I'm not gonna bother.

I love the music though.

One thing I just noticed about that hot tub pic is that the ears look really weird.

Yes, I know that nobody's looking at the ears. evil grin

Well considering the fact 'm getting my gaming laptop in about a week.

Would you guys mind educating in the wonders of computer gaming?

@ATC Hereditary is here.

That didn't even make me cry. I don't even think that there's a fic out there that can make me truly sad. Any objections?

[up][up][up] Oh, I remember once watching two British guys play a game of Dark Crusade with the Imperial Guard vs Word Bearers Chaos Space Marines. The Guard's application of "Blow it up until it's dead" didn't do much against a demon prince and a Bloodthirster XD

And Chada: Steam is your best friend.

Unless you're on a Mac. Then it's not because almost every game only runs on Windows. There's a Mac section but it's very limited.

The stuff of yours that I've read felt less sharply tear-jerk-y, and more crushingly melancholy.
