Yeah, that's my big issue with Project Horizons as well. That it retcons the Mane 6's acheivements to make them less significant. It feels insulting. But maybe I'll get it more when I read further.

If I were to ever ship Trixie with anyone (and I wouldn't) it would be with a changeling who turns into Trixie, like when Jenna Maroney in 30 Rock dates an impersonator of herself for the narcissistic thrill.

It recons the entire backstory so that ann OC was resopnsible for everything. And apparently this was all so Twilight could forget about the Gardens.

@Pannic: I'll take a look.

Personally, I only really like shipping Twilight with Big Mac or Spike when it's done seriously. Though, some crack pairings sound like a lot of fun with her. Like Kegi's idea of Flim/Twilight. That sounds like comedy gold to me!

Also, I don't really hate ships. I just get incredulous at their popularity.

But admittedly I think my favorite Twilight pairing is with Big Macintosh. But wait till you see who Big Macintosh ends up marrying at the end of the story...

@story: He wasn't responsible for everything that happened. All he did was do some swaying into getting the Ministries started. Everything else that happened with the Ministries was due to the Mane Six.

He was directly involved with his own government organization made for the fic.

And I don't understand what you were saying about Twilight forgetting about the gardens.

@Pannic: Sorry. I must have forgotten that it was your idea. Also, read what you have so far. It's already very funny. But I don't think that anypony leaves out the "Big" when reffering to Mac.
