I give Luna Magic, Loyalty and Generosity. Hence when she goes Nightmare Moon she loses Loyalty and Generosity allowing Celestia to use them. Plus the reason she became evil was because ponies didn't appreciate her gifts so it would make sense that she used to have Generosity.
