A fanfic idea I had that I feel is worth sharing:

Due to a freak weather accident, Rainbow Dash falls from the sky, and Fluttershy is the only one who can save her. In her desperation, Fluttershy becomes the second pegasus to perform a sonic rainboom.

Despite her immense gratitude, Dash can't prevent the act from hurting her pride, and has to deal with a growing sense of jealousy that strongly conflicts with her close friendship.

As for the title, I'd imagine it'd be something like "Rainbow of Green."

... Now I just wish I had some kind of talent or skill for writing to do this idea justice.

Personally, I think it would be ridiculous for Fluttershy to be capable of that. Dash has incredible innate talent, and she had to practice hard for years to do it.

More pony trolls. Pretty cute, but I don't like how they just slapped their Zodiac symbols on their flanks as Cutie Marks. That doesn't make any sense.

It's a shame none of the humans like the quadrants. Or Karkat drawing any right angles.

Yep. She can fly pretty fast sometimes. But not enough to pull off a legendary feat she doesn't even understand that's only ever been done a handful of times. But if you think you can make a good story out of it, go for it. Anything idea can turn out well as long as the writing is good enough.

I seriously couldn't stop laughing at that scene for like five minutes.

You sort of get used to the quadrants after a while. The only one that's particularly confusing is auspisticism.

I forget, in Hurricane Fluttershy, how fast did Fluttershy fly at the end? Because she was really pushing herself then.

At the end they were just measuring the group's speed, not individuals, so we don't know. Fast enough to make it work.

Same here. Technically my first exposure to MLP:Fi M was a blog post analyzing the society and economics of Equestria and coming to the conclusion that Earth ponys are useless peasants. That was probably all the way back in Febuary 2011, but at the time I didn't think much of it.

Not a whole lot of EXILE art, compared to the other characters anyway. It doesn't help that they basically didn't do anything for like two whole Acts.

TV's Adam West is best Batman.

This is one of my favorite Homestuck arts(no spoilers).

Especially the way Rose is drawn.

TV's Adam West may be funny and classy and all that, but Kevin Conroy is vengeance. And the night.

Nolan's are actually the only Batman movies I've seen all the way through.
