Jack as in Jack London, who helped make up for a dog-free childhood. In fact, now that I think of it, the cartoon adaption of The Call of the Wild was the first anime I ever saw.

@ Diurnal Brocolli Yes that was awesome show. My favorite Sci Fi show. Better than any Trek, BSG, Babylon 5 or Doctor Who.
