I wish I had time to read Homestuck but there are just so many other things I want or need to do too.

I'd read more Homestuck if my mom's computer was out and connected to my grandma's internet.
Back in Black, and by black I mean BLU.

@Condo The other girl (Jade, ) though I'm not sure if I need to spoil her name, but I'm doing it anyway, is my favorite of the players. The human players, at least.

Wow, I never knew that the Doctor had a granddaughter. It's hard to immagine how.

Wait, is Opal being used as part of a measuring rack?

Rarity's treating that cat like Twilight treats Spike in a lot of abridged series.

Yeah, me and my family are chilling out watching The Goonies, and I just found out my mom has never seen it.

She grew up in The Eighties! I was like, how have you never seen it? And she was like, I was too old for that stuff.

I'm like, Jesus, Mom, I'm older than you were in 1985, and I love this movie! It has Samwise and Shortround in it, plus pirates!

Urg.

Plus, Shortround isn't The Scrappy to me. I am sad that people hate him.

And Barbara gets threatened by someone holding a plunger in front of the camera. What a cliffhanger!

Why don't you like fun?

It's something you either love or hate, I guess. Like Shortround.

Man, I had such a weird crush on him when I was 10.

Also, why does everybody hate Ewoks?

I'll never take the activity of these FIM threads for granted. Season 2 of Grimm started on August 13th. I went to the thread to talk about it. No one had posted there since December. A few days ago, I finally made an attempt to revive the thread, since exciting things were happening on Grimm. And... nothing. Zip. People would rather talk about Jersey Shore getting cancelled. That's just sad. sad

Hey, Jersey Shore getting cancelled is probably the best news I've heard since MLP got confirmed for season 3.

Come on. Susan should have at least taken the drug herself before returning.

I never watched JS. I find it hard to care about "reality" shows starring people with names like Snotti.

I don't know what Grimm is.

On the first Doctor, I know it's kinda dumb and boring a lot of the time, but I like the weird 60s-ness. Like, the girls have such bizarre hair.

[up] I hate reality shows. I love how they really stick it to em in The Hunger Games.

Damn... When I was a kid, I didn't realize that this movie is kinda pretty dark.

That was an Unbuilt Trope.

I'm not saying I disagree, though.

In The Hunger Games, there's too much fucking teenage Love Triangle and not enough fucking teenage Brutal Carnage.

Grimm is a police procedural with supernatural elements. A detective, Nick Burkhart, suddenly finds himself with the ability to see seemingly normal people change into various supernatural creatures, called Wesen. According to the show's premise, he's a descendant of the Brothers Grimm, and the stories they wrote about really happened. As one of the last of the Grimms, Nick has to bring the bad Wesen to justice, while trying to keep his ability secret from both his detective partner and his girlfriend (both normal humans.) The whole thing sounds kind of silly on paper, but the show itself has kind of a dark tone. Some of the scenes are actually quite gruesome.

As of Season 2, Episode 3, Nick's detective partner finally knows about Nick's ability, and the existance of the Wesen. The reveal was everything I had hoped for.

One thing I don't quite get is what is up with the Thall.
