My first console was an Atari 2600, but I was only 5 or so at the time. I apparently liked to play Fishing Derby a lot.

After that I had a Commodore 64 until one of my friends pounded on the keyboard too much and broke something loose inside.

I got a NES Power pack with the light gun and power pad for christmas when I was like 12 or 13. Playing Track and Field was awesome!

My first fullsized console was the Gamecube, but I originally started with a Game Gear :D

Strictly speaking, I had an Apple II before I had a SNES, but I don't really consider it a console — it was a personal computer, albeit a very primitive one that I used mostly for computer games.
But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.

I dont think I used my C64 for anything but gaming so I consider it a gaming console even though it technically wasnt [lol]

I never saw a NES as a kid. I'm not that old.

I had an NES as a kid. I really doubt I'm older than you. Speaking of which, I'm celebrating my birthday tonight, though it's not really for 3 more days.

My first console? Playstation 1. According to what I presume are many people on the internet, I should kill myself. I think that I also had a SEGA Saturn, but it wasn't bought for me.

My first console was an Atari 2600

Same here, though it wasn't called that yet. It was still the Atari Video Computer System.

Speaking of Pokemon, I just came across this music and it's awesome.

So I was in a Target today, and I happened to wander down the pony aisle. It was crowded, so I didn't stay long, but I saw a set with the CMC in it. I'm not sure whether I'd rather have a set like that, or blindbag.
I feel like I could touch the heavens, and sock angels.

Element of Indecision.

I have the CMC set that came with Cherilee. I got it because I wanted Scootaloo... the other three were just a bonus [lol]

I don't think I even have a pony aisle in my Wal-Mart...
Do it, Rockapella!

My Wal Mart tends to have a small pony section. Maybe about a foot wide of pegboard and shelf.

My Target has about 2 feet of pegboard and shelf for their pony stuff, but they have a bunch of exclusive toys.

You're thinking of orcs.

That reminds me of a Warcraft2 map I saw where each person controls an orc and tries to eat as many sheep as possible.

Just hooked an HDMI cable to my PS3 to try it out.

What happened? Are the graphics a lot better?

Hell yes.

It's like the difference between wearing smudged glasses and having laser eye surgery.

I think the last time that happened for me was when I got a new graphics card and suddenly Battlefield1942 wasn't compeletely horrible. I also had to get a new graphics card for Bioshock but in that case it wouldn't even run without it, so I didn't notice a difference.

I need to get around to moving my HDTV into my room before I bother hooking up my PS3 with an HD cable.

I don't get what the problem is then. It's not like Google to have an outage, and I can use my chromebook just fine.
