Eh, look at the average value people get, high for both Rarity and Twilight. Assuming the latter is because most bronies are nerdstongue , I think the former might just be because the test is slanted in Rarity's favour, somehow. At least, that's the only way I can explain how she tied with Twilight on second place for me, heh.

My friend got Rarity with almost equal parts Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

Most of the people I got to do the test scored fairly high in more than one pony. I didn't.

I think it means that I'm not a person, I'm a archetype.

I'm actually surprised that there aren't more Twilight Sparkles here since, you know, Most Tropers Are Young Nerds (I actually scored something like twice the average for Twi, and about average for Applejack and Rarity if I recall properly.) I am, evidently, least like Fluttershy.

Twi is also alpha as buck. A typical nerd is Twi during the first half of the pilot.

This being said, my test is pretty much a triangle between Rarity, RD and Twilight.

This test is problematic, though. Really problematic.

Multiple choice questions are not good for psychology, although they are easier to analyze than freeform answers, and to make them reliable, you need to answer pretty much the same question (with variations) multiple times.

Let's see...in order of most like to least like:

Applejack -> Twilight -> Fluttershy -> Rainbow Dash -> Rarity -> Pinkie Pie.

The sections for Rarity and Pinkie Pie were really, really tiny. I'm rather surprised that I got Applejack first, but she was only a little more than Twilight.

Especially when there are so many questions like what's your favorite digit 0-9, or rock paper scissors. I mean there's subtle personality traits, and then there's just reaching.

New interview with Celestia and Cheerilee's voice actress, Nicole Oliver.

Highlights:

  • Oliver hasn't yet sung for the show (which means no Celestia songs in Season 2), but she's talked with the composer about the possibility of doing a song in the future.
  • There is an upcoming episode that Oliver describes as "very dramatic and fantastic", and where she will have a major part.
  • Don't take this for granted, but I think she let slip that there will be a Cheerilee-focused episode.
  • Oliver uses Celestia Voice on her two sons when she needs to be strict. Best mom ever.

Hell, if I was an actor, I would too use an in-character voice for certain things.

According to that test, I am mostly Applejack, slightly less so Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy, and completely different from Pinkie Pie.

Sounds about right. Except for the Fluttershy part — I mean, why? Yeah, I can be a little bit on the quiet and reserved side, but not that much...
But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.

What test? And do I wanna even take it?

This test. Pretty standard test stuff — worthless, but a passable way of keeping oneself amused for a couple of minutes.

I'm most like Applejack by a very large margin.

Test says, in order of most to least:
  • Rarity
  • Fluttershy
  • Dash
  • Twilight
  • AJ
  • Pinkie

... OK, for one thing, I do not like being center of attention and I admit I'm lazy, so those two things are the biggest WTF's in how the hell I got Rarity.

Oh ok, the full description says "self concious" and that might be true... But I'm not a drama queen, unless using Sarcasm Mode counts.

Second, god damnit. The two girliest characters in the show are my top results, and pretty close to being tied for first? UGH!

Yeah, pretty bland test.

Also, zero points towards Pinkie? Odd.

What's wrong with being associated with the two girliest characters? They're my favourites.

Not to be sexist, but I just don't like being called girly, mmmkay?

Apparently, I'm most like Applejack. Ah'm ok with this.

For me, it's Rainbow Dash, then Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, and then finally, Fluttershy.

Kuro: But being associated with those two also means you're generous, kind and stylish!

I'm actually most associated with those two as well.

That is way more Rainbow Dash than I expected.

But Idler, I'm not stylish, just a bit self concious of not wanting to look stupid and am a bit of an ass.

Generous? Eh...
