I drew it in Inkscape using the Roadgeek fonts (which are meant to approximate the Highway Gothic typefaces used on real signs).

I've made a ton of them, many of which were stupid one-shot jokes

Anyone noticing a familiar pattern with the reactions to the Ask Pinkamena blog here? Everyone who looks at it either reacts with "Oh god why do I like this?" or "Eugh, who could like this? It's just like Cupcakes" and now everypony has a bunch of avatars based on it which are starting to bother other people

It's mildly amusing, though I don't really like the sexualising nature of some of the images. Which is kind of a weird thing to object to given the rest of the content of that blog, but yeah. Not going to get an avatar from it, though, not after I only recently uploaded a bunch of Pony and MSPA avatars and haven't used half of them yet.
