Hiimdaisy did a bunch of Metal Gear and Persona comics in that style. Someone copied her style, and replaced all the Metal Gear Solid 3 characters with My Little Pony characters.

Well, Fluttershy is supposed to be the most beautiful pony, or at least Rarity thinks so, and fan artists apparently correlate beauty with bust size. Personally, I agree with Haldo on this one.
