@Crow: Well, the thread has gotten much less dramatic after Ginger's ban. Also, I don't mean to be rude here, and I apoligize if I am being rude, but I don't exactly miss when the thread would become "Let's reccomend stuff to Ginger and then have him complain about it". That particular derail started to get annoying after it happend about a million times.

I don't know. When I try to be dramatic I almost always cross the Dude, Not Funny! Line. It's an uncanny skill.

Naw, let's talk about an episode with Las Pegasus. Perfect setting to have a funny Gambling aesop if you ask me. And any of the mane 6 could be involved in said aesop too.

Actually... since Im in the medical field I was wondering.
Are unicorns the only ponies that can be surgeons? I would imagine it would take great kinetic skill to wield a scalpel. Or maybe they dont do surgery at all.. maybe they use magic to fix things without having to cut?
Nurse Redheart is an earth pony. Since she probably uses her mouth to manipulate things does she have to sterilize her mouth before working on a patient? Here at my hospital you are required to wash your hands and change your gloves in between each patient contact so you dont pass diseases around.
Am I overthinking this?
The thing about a gambling aesop is that there really is no such thing. It would actually be an addiction aesop if they decided to go that route. Of course, they could make it work, they would just have to tread lighter than normal.
@Pony Doctors
Considering the advantages that magic has over even real life advanced medicine, surgeons would most certainly have to be unicorns. Normal doctors and nurses, though, probably have no such restrictions, as the real skill of those kinds of people is their ability to care for patients effectively in the case of nurses, or diagnose patients effectively and recommend treatment for normal doctors.

Unless your JT, that is. I know that, I'm just saying that I think it would be funny.

Fluttershy Posey? Really?
Ah! You're there. Yes. I know. But all the other ideas I came across were even worse. Posey is an official Pony second name and Posey was the G1 pony that Fluttershy was based on. Also, it works with the "Fluttershy is part earth pony" fanon, not to mention the irony from her modelling career.
