Dang it, I spend a while typing up another point for the buffalo debate, but the thread has moved so far past that now that I'd just look like I was picking a fight if I tried to continue.

As for the whole song debate, it's really a preference thing. Musically, the song is, as Pannic said, a spot on tribute to The Music Man. Now, if you don't like that musical to begin with, then you obviously wouldn't like the song, which is unfortunate.

People complaining so much about the thread dying when it was such a mission to catch up!

I don't mind not taking as long to catch up all the time, but it's nice to have some activity while I'm on so I can talk without doubleposting all the time.

I tried to watch it once because it's a classic that everybody has to see, but my family made me turn it off halfway through.

I got bored after a while, starting skipping bits, and I still didn't get very far into it. Though I think I had to stop right before the interesting parts.

I have to agree the Flim Flam Brothers song went on WAY too long, there's only so long I think a corny parody works, at least without some Self-Deprecation in it. And I am a fan of The Music Man.

I thought Over The Barrel was a decent episode, though I admit the mane cast kinda played second fiddle.

Favorites are probably either Lesson Zero and Fall Weather Friends. One is a hilarious Character Establishing Moment for Twilight while the other is an hyperactive slapstick riddled Escalating War. They also have Straight Men acting up, I dunno why, but I love when that happens.
